Pancake is the softest texture and fluffier food, and it is suitable for breakfast. Generally, people eat it with a little bit of butter and honey topping or syrup. But I like it with chocolate chip or chocolate syrup. It is very easy and quick to make.
Ingredients Used for Pancake
- 1 cup of Flour
- 1\2 tsp of salt
- 2 tsp of sugar
- 1\2 tsp of baking powder
- tsp of melted butter or oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup of milk
Methods of preparation
- In a bowl put flour, sugar, salt and baking powder and whisk it.
- Now add egg, butter or oil, milk and stir it with a whisk until it forms a perfect batter for out good looking pancake.
- Heat a nonsticky pan in higher flame. Later, when the pan is heated, keep the heat to the lower level and apply oil, ghee or butter on it.
- Add 1\4 cups of batter on the pan. Wait until it turns into a golden brown and flips it upside down. Repeat the process till all the pancake gets a golden color.
- Serve it with syrup, honey, chocolate syrup, or chocolate chips.
- Enjoy your pancake.
